Tranche au Chocolat (Event & Catering Size)
Layers of 66% dark chocolate mousse and chocolate dacquoise (meringue with walnuts, pistachios and almonds), the Tranche is lightly moistened with Grand Marnier and covered in chocolate glaze to finish. 'Tranche' is French for 'slice', and this cake is a true classic of patisserie tradition.
