Our éclairs are made from a classic French choux paste, freshly baked each morning and filled with our signature chocolate or coffee crème pâtissière (custard) inside.
Finished with a shining fondant glaze, our éclairs sell out daily and the mini versions are very popular for weddings, birthdays and christenings.
