Galette des Rois
SOLD OUT - Unfortunately we have reached our online sales capacity for the Galette des Rois this year.
A traditional pie, baked for the Epiphany on the 6th January (but they are available to order throughout December as well), this galette is also known as a "kings' cake". Made of layers of puff pastry and frangipane, a moist almond cream, they always contain a small ceramic figure, known as the fève. When enjoying the galette des rois, the person who finds the fève is given a paper crown.
