Our éclairs are made from a classic French choux paste, freshly baked each morning and filled with our signature chocolate or coffee crème pâtissière (custard) inside.
Finished with a shining fondant glaze, our éclairs sell out daily and have a loyal customer fanbase - and are now available to pre-order online, due to popular demand.
Sold online in sets of six (coffee, chocolate or three of each); please note collection is from our store in The Rocks only (not Waterloo).
